I've dropped this a thousand times in blog posts, but I'll never stop saying it: it's a real privilege to work with friends. Spending time with people I care about and being able to capture them in their element is an absolute blast - not just because I can be a goofy idiot but because I appreciate their story that much more. I strive to reach that level of closeness with everyone I photograph, but when your best friend is about to propose (to an incredible woman no less), it's hard not to get extra excited for them. Below is a small selection of their proposal afternoon, hilarious antics and all.
